BKreative Brand Identity Design Proposal
A brand identity concept developed for the BKreative Open Call by Rwanda Youth Arts in collaboration with Bank of Kigali. The design explores pixels as foundational building blocks, symbolizing how creative talent can transform into structured economic value when supported by the right financial infrastructure. Drawing inspiration from digital grids and the geometric patterns of Imigongo, the identity bridges Rwanda’s cultural heritage with a modern, future-facing creative economy.

This identity was inspired by pixels as the fundamental building blocks of digital creation. The concept reflects how small creative efforts can grow into structured economic value when supported by the right financial infrastructure, positioning creativity as a powerful and scalable industry.

The design draws subtle inspiration from the geometric patterns of Imigongo, Rwanda’s traditional art form. By connecting pixel grids with these cultural motifs, the identity bridges heritage and modern digital creativity, celebrating both tradition and innovation.

Beyond the logo, the project explores a scalable visual system including typography, color, and real-world applications. The identity is designed to function consistently across digital platforms, communication materials, and brand touchpoints, demonstrating how the concept adapts in practical environments.
